About Us
More Than Candles. A Father & Son Legacy.
Welcome to The Wright Scent LLC, where every fragrance tells a story and every candle is made with purpose.
Our journey began on October 1, 2020, in Hamden, Connecticut, with a vision that went beyond creating candles. We wanted to build something meaningful—something that could bring happiness into people's homes while creating a lasting legacy for our family.
Founded by father-and-son duo Bernard and Mason Wright, The Wright Scent was built on the belief that the greatest things in life often begin with a simple idea, a little creativity, and the determination to turn a dream into reality.
A Dream Built Together
What started as a passion for creating beautifully scented candles became an opportunity to teach the importance of entrepreneurship, hard work, creativity, and building something of our own.
As a father, Bernard wanted The Wright Scent to represent more than a business. It was an opportunity to create memories, share knowledge, and build a foundation that Mason could one day be proud to carry forward.
Crafted to Create an Experience
We believe that the right fragrance has the power to change the atmosphere of a room. It can make a house feel like home, turn an ordinary evening into a peaceful escape, or bring back a beautiful memory with just one familiar scent.
That's why we take pride in creating handcrafted soy candles and wax melts designed to complement your lifestyle. From the comforting warmth of Calming Sage to the tropical escape of A Piece of Paradise, every fragrance has its own personality and purpose.
Whether you're shopping for yourself, looking for the perfect gift, or discovering your new favorite home fragrance, we want every experience with The Wright Scent to feel personal.
More Than a Business. It's Our Legacy.
The Wright Scent represents family, determination, and the belief that dreams are worth pursuing.
Every order supports a small family-owned business and helps us continue building something that began with a father, a son, and a shared vision.
From our family to yours, thank you for supporting The Wright Scent.
